MLB Overlay — Features

Correlation and
duplicate protection

Draft Brain MLB watches your live Underdog MLB drafts and helps two ways: it warns you when your picks are tracking toward a team you've already drafted, and it surfaces stack signals based on the hitters and pitcher you've taken so far.

⚠️
Duplicate detection
As your picks start to overlap with a saved team, a risk card appears showing the match count (e.g. 2/6), which players already match, and which remaining players to avoid, each tagged with its position. The header even hints at what slots are still open on that risky team.
🟢
Team stack (TS)
Players on the same MLB team as a hitter you've already drafted get a TS badge, so you can tap into correlation by stacking teammates who share a lineup and a ballpark.
🔵
Game stack (GS)
Players in the same game as one of your drafted hitters, but on the opposing team, get a GS badge, the classic game-stack correlation play for high-scoring matchups.
🚫
vs-Pitcher warnings
Hitters whose MLB team faces your drafted pitcher get a vs P badge, a flag that drafting them means rooting against your own arm. It takes priority over stack badges so the conflict is never hidden.
📊
Exposure & pairing
Every player shows the percent of your saved teams they appear in. Right after your first pick, a pairing count shows how many of your saved teams pair each player with that opening selection.
CSV upload & auto-scrape
Load your teams by uploading your Underdog exposure CSV or by scraping your completed drafts automatically. Both validate against the 1 pitcher + 5 hitter roster shape, and they merge cleanly with no duplicates.

Badge System

Every badge, explained

Several badges can stack on a single player row when more than one condition applies.

24%
Exposure
The percent of your saved teams that already contain this player. Always visible while teams are loaded.
⚠ 2/6
Danger
This player sits on a saved team that already overlaps your current draft by 2+ players. The row is highlighted in that team's color; multiple colored dots mean the player appears across several risky teams.
TS
Team stack
This player's MLB team matches a team you've already drafted a hitter from, an easy way to find correlated teammates.
GS
Game stack
This player is in the same game as one of your drafted hitters but on the opposing team, the classic game-stack correlation play.
vs P
vs Pitcher
This hitter's team is the opponent of your drafted pitcher, so taking them means rooting against your own arm. It takes priority over TS and GS so the conflict is never masked.
5
Pairing count
Appears right after your first pick. Shows how many of your saved teams pair this player with your current first pick.
